HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-551• CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota wasel�i don the 5th day of September , 1978- The following members were present: Manor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following mertloers were absent: None Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78- 551 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR DONALD WILDMAN FOR SCOVILLE PRESS AT THE WES-r SIDE OF FERNBROOK LANE AT 25TH AVENUE NORTH (A-843' WHEREAS, Scoville Press has requested approval of a site plan for 28,450 square foot office/warehouse building at the West side of Fernbrook Lane at 25th Avenue North, per plans dated August 23, 1978. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed paid request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Scoville Press for site plan approval of office/warehouse building to be located at the West side of Fernbrook Lane at 25th Avenue North per plans dated August 23, 1978 subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the of the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Dedication of 7 ft. of additional right-of-way for Fernbrook Lane as approved by the City Engineer. 3. Performance guarantee for exterior improvements shall be for a term of 18 months. 4. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $4,012 (4.72 acres X $850 per acre). 5. Plan approval is for Phase I only and further construction shall be subject to review and approval by the City. 6. No outside storage of trash, trash containers, or production materials. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Seibold , and upon tote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof-, Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Hoyt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against ora std ne ; Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pmed and adopted.
