Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on

RESOLUTION NO. 78- 543
APPROVAL OF OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR APPLICATION
WHEREAS, applications for Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
have been received from the below listed applicants for consideration of
approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 3, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor License be
approved for a period to expire June 30, 1979.
