moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-542
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR J'S RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, an application for On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
has been received from Jay B. Johnson dba J's Restaurant for consideration
of approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Chapter III.
Section 3, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Matt Liquor License
be approved for Jay B. Johnson dba J's Restaurant for a period to expire
June 30, 1979

Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
