Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was a on t e 28th day of

ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED EASEMENT VACATION ON OUTLOT A. BELMAR'S
INDUSTRIAL PARK, FOR DRAINAGE STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A 414.851, Volp Construction Co. has petitioned the
City Council for a vacation of the following easement for drainage street and
utility purposes:
That part of Outlet A. 6ELMO"S RMSTRIAL PAES, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
according to the recorded plat thereof. described as follows: -

Commencing at the southwest corner of said Qatlot A; thence on an assured
bearing of North along the west line of said Outlot A 297.63 feet; thence
East 500.00 feet to the peirt of begirn;n7; thence South 333.03 feet to
the south line of said 0�tlot A; th=nce East alo:g the south line of said
Oudot A 322.40 feet to t southeast earner of sail Outlot A: thence

WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does establish the date of
September 18. 1978, at 7:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Public Works
Building, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition, and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councitmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
