Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
28th day of Au ust 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt ounc meter- s'Foyt,Tleils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councillmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78 - 538
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 116 - PINETREE STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on June 19, 1978, the- City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving the
following improvements:
Certain storm sewer facilities in the major storm drainage district
known as Hadley Lake, as per the City of Plymouth's Storm Drainage
Plan. dated March 1973, in order to provide a storm water outlet for
the following bodies of water as shown in said Storm Drainage Plan:
HLP -2 Olive -Merrimac Pond
HLP -1 Pinetree Pond South
HLP -4 South of 8th Avenue
HLP -5 Hadley Lake
HLP -8 Hadley Marsh
North of County Road 6
of County Road 6
AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspec-
tion,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 18th day of September, 197,8 at
the City Council Chamber of the -Public Works Building, 14900 23rd
Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota, at 7:307:3".m. to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such t me ai- d p1 ace all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state
in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall
also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
it er Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa%sod and adopted.
