The following members were int, CouncmeiTir ers Hoyt; IQeils and Spaeth rs were •t* :ft founcilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 536 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 506 - T.H. 101/COUNTY ROAD 6 WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on June 19, 1978, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving the following improvements: T.H. 101 between T.H. 12 and approximately :000 feet North of County Road 6 as well as the intersection of County Road 6 and T.H. 101 by the installation of sanitary sewer, v3termain, storm sewer, 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks and traffic signal installation with all necessary appurtenances. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 18th day of September, 1978 , at the City Council Chamber of t e Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such TTm—e ain place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken thereon. the following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth TMe following vo against or abstained; one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly parksoU and adopted.
