The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, LOuncilmemers Hoyt,Neils and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilmember seibold Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 18- 535 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - NATHAN TRAILS (A-698) WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Meadow Corporation requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Nathan Trails development. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Nathan Trails Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, file with the City Council on August 28, 1978, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
