Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78- 533
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT OF PLYMOUTH HILLS FOR
THE PLYMOUTH HILLS COMPANY (A-675)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
Plymouth Hills for the Plymouth Hills Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said final plat:
1. Compliance with applicable Engineer's memorandum.
2. Prohibition of private drive access to Vicksburg Lane.
3. Completion of the required Envriommental Assessment Worksheet Process per
State Envrionmental Quality Board regulations.
4. Outlots A. C. E, and G shall be final platted using only the RPUD ordinance
with residential densities consistent withthe Land Use Guide Plan as
follows:
Outlot A - LA -2
Outlot C - LA -4
Outlot E - LA -4
Outlot G (part) - LA -2
Outlot G (part) - LA -3
5. All road right-of-way and public park dedications
6. Future park requirements shall be addressed at the time of final plat approval
of the remaining outlots with the final acreage to be consistent with City policy.
7. Final percentage of cash requirements shall meet the 25 percent requirement for
public improvements to be determined at the time bids are accepted for the
project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vote n ravor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Spaeth and Neils
