Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78- 531
APPROVING REVISED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PLANNED UNIT (BUSINESS) DEVELOPMENT FOR
PLYMOUTH'HILLS COMPANY FOR "PLYMOUTH HILLS ADDITION" (A-675)
WHEREAS, Plymouth Hills Company received a conditional use permit for a Planned .
Business Development for a portion of the "Plymouth Hills Addition" located at the
northeast corner of Highway 55 and Vicksburg Lane under City Council Resolution
N77-140;
AND, WHEREAS, Plymouth Hills Company has requested approval of certain revisions to
that permit as reflected on the General Development Plan dated August 18, 1978;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and commented on said request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Plymouth Hills
Company for a conditional use permit for a Planned Unit (Business) Development for a
portion of the "Plymouth Hills Addition" located at the northeast corner of Highway
55 and Vicksburg Lane based on plans dated August 18, 1978
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
