Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on t e
. 21st day of August , 197L. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Neils. SRaeth.
The following members were absent: Councilmember Spihnld
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-527
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR -CITY HALL
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated July 21, 1978, for the mechanical
contractor for the City Hall building project has been prepared by Thorsen
& Thorshov Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment
on request for Payment No. 7, Mechanical Contractor, in the amount of $29,700.00
to Horwitz Mechanical, Inc. for City Hall Building Project No. 615.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Neils & Spaeth
The following vote against orabstained; Counci mem er Hoyt
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pissed and adopted,
