Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was ie on t e

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-524
APPROVAL OF OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, the application for renewal of Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
License has been received for consideration of appraval by the Plymouth City
Council, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
be renewed for Erickson's Super Value Store for a period to expire June 30, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon. the
rollowing voted n favor thereof: mor Hunt, Councilmembers Spaeth and Neils
The following voted against or abstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly parised and adopted.
