Pursuant to glue call and notice thereof, a rhe ula�r meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of August , 1978 . The following members were present, Mayor Hunt Councilmem*ers Spaeth, Neils and Hoyt The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and move its a option: RESOLUTION NO. 78- 523 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND PALMER CREEK ESTATES 2nd ADDITION (A-667) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 21, 1977, Arnold Palmer, developer of Palmer Creek Estates 2nd Addition (A-667), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $23,550.00 $ 1,006.00 Sanitary Sewer 18,555.00 500.00 Watermain 16,460.00 500.00 Storm Sewer 4,000.00 0.00 Boulevard Sod 3,800.00 3,800.00 Street Signs 200.00 0.00 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,000.00 11000.00 Erosion Cdntrol 11000.00 1,000.00 Site Grading 91500.00 0.00 TOTALS $78,065.00 $ 7,806.00 That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $15,900 be further reduced to $7,806to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of August 21, 1978, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon. the following vote n favor thereof.
