Councilmember SSQaeth introduced the following Resolution and
mov�its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 520
AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE LICENSE AGREEMENT
PROJECT NO. 810 - ZACHARY LANE WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth under Project No. 810 is proposing to construct
watermains on the Soo Line Railroad right-of-way,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have an executed license agreement with said
railroad for said watermains,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to execute the license
agreement with the Soo Line Railroad for the construction and operation of
watermains on the railroad's right-of-way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any cost of said license agreement be charged to
the project fund for Project No. 810, Zachary Lane watermain.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
