Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was dieT—d o -n tfie

present: Mayor Hunt,o�uncilmembers, Seibold, Spaeth, Hoyt & Neils
The following members were absent: None
Councilrnernhers _nth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-510
APPROVING CESSPOOL PUMPING APPLICATION
WHEREAS, Backdahl & Olson Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. has submitted an
application for a Cesspool Pumping License in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 16 of the City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the application of Backdahl & Olson Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc.
be approved for a period expiring April 30, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n avor thereo ; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Seibold.
Spaeth and Neils
Ine following vote against ora sta ne None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
