Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was—Fie d on t e

present: Mayor Hunt, Counce Members Hoy' Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION #78- 502
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR KINGSWOOD FARM FOR CENTURION
COMPANY RPUD 77-3 (A-759)
WHEREAS, Centurion Company has requested approval of the final plat of Kingswood
Farm, a plat for residential single family development, consisting of 112 lots,
located in the southeast quadrant of the Luce Line Trail and Highway 101, and
a development contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Centruion Company
for final plat approval of Kingswood Farm, a plat for residential single family
development, consisting of 112 lots, located at the southeast quadrant of Luce Line
Trail and Highway 101.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
