Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was STT on the
14th day of _ August , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt -,Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adopt on:

APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR DEERWOOD MEADOWS FOR PARKLANDS
DEVELOPMENTS (A-784)
WHEREAS, Parklands Developments has requested approval of the final plat of
Deerwood Meadows, a plat for residential single family development, consisting
of 47 lots and 3 outlots, located at 45th Avenue North and Goldenrod Lane
and a development contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Parklands
Developments for final plat approval of Deerwood Meadows, a plat for residential
single family development, consisting of 47 lots and 3 outlots, located at 45th
Avenue North and Goldenrod Lane.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
