The following members were present: ay fnuncilmamberc_ Neils and Spaeth The following members; were a sent: Cnuncilmembe , Hoyt and CPihnld Neilsintroduced the following Resolution and move is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-487 ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS SCHMIDT LAKE HILLS ADDITION (FORMERLY CALLED SCHMIDT LAKE WEST 2ND ADDITION) WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the Schmidt Lake Hills Addition (A-789), formerly called Schmidt Lake West 2nd Addition, by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, streets, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances and to assess the benifited properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended), and WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting said improvements has been submitted by Gordon C. Johnson and Robert E. Ostrom, owners of Schmidt Lake Hills Addition and accepted by the Council on January 30, 1978, and WHEREAS, Gordon C. Johnson and Robert E. Ostrom have requested the City of Plymouth to proceed with the final design of the project and the installation of the public improvements, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council -in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the tollowing voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hunt..,Councilmemhers Neils and ine following voted against or abstained; , Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa%sed and adopted,
