Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was We on e

Councilmembey Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-483
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION FOR GEORGIANN BURSCH (A-835)
WHEREAS, Georgiann Bursch has requested a conditional use permit for a home occupation
to operate a beauty salon from her residence at 1315 Dunkirk Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Georgiann Bursch
for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to operate a beauty salon from
her residence at 1315 Dunkirk Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is issued to the applicant as operator of the facility and shall be
non-transferrable.
2. The permit shall be subject to all applicable codes, regulations (including
State licensing requirements) and Ordinances and violation thereof shall be
grounds for revocation; furthermore, the conditional use permit shall be subject
to review of the premises and issuance of a building permit for proper conversion
of the proposed space by the Building Official
3. A current copy of the State Operator's License shall be kept on file with the
City.
4. Off-street parking, not to exceed two vehicles at any given time related to
the conditional use, shall be provided and maintained as approved by the City.
5. Hours of operation shall be between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through
Saturday.
6. Permit shall be for a period of one year.
7. No signs be allowed on the property advertising the use.
8. There shall be no increase in the curb cut width at the street line.
The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council_member Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
