Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
31st day of July , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hovt, Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: Councilmember Spaeth
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-474
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - PALMER
CREEK ESTATES 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 17, 1978, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improve-
ment of the Palmer Creek Estates 4th Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on July 31,
1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted July 17, 1978. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
the Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and Seibold
