Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 472
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR WATER AND SANITARY SEWER SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from the owners of the following
property:
Plat 43713; Parcels 4600. 3620, 3667, 3645
at the Northwest Quadrant of County Road 9 and County Road 18 for the
installation of sanitary sewer and water service to serve said property.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b
Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connec-
tion with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon. the
tollowIng voted n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Neils, H2yt.
and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly piksied and adopted,
