Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 31st day of
July , 19 78 The following members were presen�1—

The following members were a sent:
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:

APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED PROPERTY FOR FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF MINNEAPOLIS, GEORGE A. JACKSON ASSOCIATES, AND ST. LOUIS PARK MEDICAL
CENTER (A-467)
WHEREAS, the First National Bank of Minneapolis, George A. Jackson Associates,
and the St. Louis Park Medical Center have requested a lot consolidation of
platted property within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, approve the following
consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division and
consolidation are approved by Hennepin County:
PLAT PARCEL DESCRIPTION
44143 2100 (Part) Lot 4, Block 1, Fox Meadows 1st Addition,
except that part thereof lying Southeasterly
of a line 104.65 feet Northwesterly of,
measured at right angles to and parallel
with the Southeasterly line of said Lot
4 and its extensions. ALSO,
That part of Lot 5, Block 1, Fox Meadows
1st Addition, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of
Lot 6; thence South along the West line
thereof 174 feet; thence East at right
angles 219 feet; thence South at right
angles 160 feet; thence East at right
angles 225 feet to the actual point of
beginning; thence South at right angles
to the Southeasterly line of Lot 5; thence
Northeasterly along said Southeasterly line
to the most Easterly corner of Lot 5;
thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly
line thereof to an intersection with a line
bearing North 45 degrees, 44 minutes 45
seconds East from beginning; thence South
45 degrees, 44 minutes 45 seconds West to
the point of beginning.

Southeasterly of a line 104.65 feet Northwesterly of, measured at a right
angle to and parallel with theSoutheasterly line of said Lot 4 and its
extensions.
Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Fox Meadows First Addition, accroding to the recorded
plat thereof, except that part of said lots described as follows: Beginning
at the Northwest corner of said Lot 6; thence on an assumed bearing of South
0 degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds West along the West line of said Lot 6 a
distance of 174.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes 15 seconds East
a distance of 219.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds West
a distance of 160.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes 15 seconds East
a distance of 225.00 feet; thence North 45 degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds East
a distance of 157.50 feet to the Southwesterly line of Harbor Lane as platted
in said Fox Meadows First Addition; thence Northerly along the Southwesterly
line of said Harbor Lane to the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence Westerly
along the North line of said Lot 6 to the point of beginning.
Area is 212,622 square feet or 4.881 acres.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Seibold andto being taken thereon, the
