Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t e 24th

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:

APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS.FOR CARLSON
COMPANIES (A-836)
WHEREAS, Carlson Companies, 12805 Olson Memorial Highway, has requested a
consolidation and division of existing platted parcels within the City of
Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation
and division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation
and divisions are approved by Hennepin County:

217.21 feet and north of the south 175.09 feet.
Except that part of said Tracts A and B lying northeasterly and easterly
of the following described line:
Commencing at a point on the West line of said Tract A of said R.L.S.
No. 1133, 66.21 feet south of the northwest corner of said Tract A;
thence east at right angles to the west line of said Tract A for A distance

west 217.21 feet of said Tract A and that part of Tract B. said Registered
Land Survey No. 1133 which lies northeasterly and easterly of the following
described line:
Commencing at a point on the West line of said Tract A 66.21 feet south
of the northwest corner of said Tract A; thence east at right angles to the
west line of said Tract A for a distance of 51.84 feet; thence southeasterly
81.51 feet along a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 151.94
feet and a central angle of 30 degrees 44 minutes 15 seconds; thence south-
easterly parallel with the northeasterly line of said Tract B. for a distance
of 357.68 feet; thence southeasterly 105.03 feet along a tangential curve
to the right having a radius of 101.00 feet and a central angle of 59 degrees

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken theron, the following
