Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
24th day of Jul , 1978 . The following members were
• present: Acting mayorSpaeth, ounce members Hoyt, Neils & Seibold
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78- 457
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "MAPLE GROVE CENTER 2ND
ADDITION" FOR MENDOTA, INC. (A-528)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat for "Maple Grove Center
2nd Addition,"
NOW, THEREFORF, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
I. There shall be no further platting or development of the subject
property except for that development approved under Council Resolution
. #78-273 relative to proposed Lo 1, Block 1.
2. Approval by Hennepin County as to County Road 10 right-of-way and
turning lane improvements and County Road 10 and County Road 61
intersection.
3. Future platting in this area shall include a 40 foot trail right-of-way
parallel to County Road 61.
4. Provision of development contract security per City Ordinance requirements
with the option that the City of Maple Grove may act as escrow agent on
behalf of the City of Plymouth.
5. Development contract security to be provided per Condition #4 above shall
include provision for satisfaction of the City of Plymouth Park Dedication
requirements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
