Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,M nn o was held on the

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-456
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR MAPLE GROVE CENTER SECOND ADDITION FOR MENDOTA, INC. (A-528)
WHEREAS, Mendota, Inc. has requested approval of final plat of "Maple Grove Center
Second Addition," a plat for a shopping center in the northeast quadrant of County
Road 10 and I-494, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Mendota, Inc. for
final plat approval of "Maple Grove Center Second Addition," a plat for a shopping
center in the northeast quadrant of County Road 10 and I-494.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
