Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
24th day of July 1978 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move is a pt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-452
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR EXTENSION OF THE NORTHWEST SEWER INTERCEPTOR
PROJECT NO. 902
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 78-376 of the City Council, adopted the 19th day of
June, 1978, fixed a date for a public hearing on the extension of the Northwest
Sanitary Sewer Interceptor through the northerly portion of the Downtown Plymouth
Area to Vicksburg Lane and the Turtle Lake Trunk from this extension to existing
County Road 9 by the installation of sanitary sewer, street restoration and all
necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the the 24th
day of July, 1978, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution
adopted June 19, 1978, including the crossing of the Vicksburg Lane right-
of-way.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer
for the improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cpgncilmember, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n flavor thereof: Acting Mager Spaeth, Councilmpmharc Hnvt_
Neils and Seibold
The following vote against or abstained: �.
Thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
