Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
1017th day of July , 19 78. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Z-ou-ncMembers Hoyt Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-445
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, Robert Henry Varner has submitted an application for peddlers,
Solicitors and Transient Merchants License to the City Council for
approval in accordance with Chapter IIL, Section 19, Plymouth Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application for Peddlers, Solicitors
and Transient Merchants License be approved for Robert Henry Varner
to operate a home delivery service for steaks and seafood during the
summer months.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
