APPROVING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENT BOND ESCROW FOR REINHARD BROTHERS (A-285)
WHEREAS, Reinhard Brothers has requested a reduction in the amount of their escrow
guaranteeing the assessments for the Reinhard Industrial Park Addition from a
total of $34.886.85 to $12,083.40; and.
WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the request and finds it in order;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the reduction of the amount
of escrow guaranteeing the assessments for the Reinhard Industrial Park Addition
from a total of $34,886.85 to $12,083.40 per the request of Reinhard Brothers.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
