The following members were present: Actino "aers Hoyt. Neils. and Seibold The following me rs ewere a sent: _Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and move is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-443 RESOLUTION ORDERING STOP SIGNS 9TH AVENUE AND RANCHVIEW LANE WHEREAS, a petition has been received representing the majority of the residents in the area of 9th Avenue North and Ranchview Lane, and WHEREAS, the petition requests the installation of stop signs at the intersection of 9th Avenue and Ranchview Lane including one stop sign at the east end of 9th Avenue and one sign at the north end of Ranchview Lane, and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that automobile traffic in this area may present a hazard to the residents in this area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does order the installation of stop signs at the intersection of 9th Avenue and Ranchview Lane as hereinbefore described.
