Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
17th day of July , 1978 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-441
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - SHILOH III ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 22, 1978, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the
Shiloh III Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights
and this report was received by the Council on July 17, 1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed
by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named
as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted May 22, 1978. The petitioner has waived his
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
the Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
