RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PRWECT
STREET LIGHTING - FERNDALE NORTH III ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant tc a resolution of the Council, adopted Ilay 22. 1970. a rvowt
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the iM0rr*v r of
Ferndale North III Addition by the installation of ornamental rni _ tial stmt
lights and this report was received by the Council on July 17. 1970_
NON THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of Tof fifY Of
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was stowd
by all owners of real property abutting unOn the strftts Raged
as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered a$ proposed in tis* i_ itsolutia
adopted May 22, 1978, The petitioner has waived his rine to a 4ti
hearing,
