Qouunnccilmembgr Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moves its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-437
ORDERING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
CITY PROJECT NO. 806 PINEVIEW LANE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered the preparation of a preliminary
engineering report to determine the feasibility of City Project No. 806 -
Pineview Lane Improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineers, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates has prepared and submitted said preliminary report dated March 28, 1978,
to this Council and which report indicates that such a project is feasible,
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to public notification, the City Council did hold a public
hearing on June 19, 1978, to provide residents the opportunity to express
their opinion on said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the preliminary report for City Project No. 806 -
Pineview Lane Improvements project as prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
& Associates, Inc. be and the same is hereby accepted.
AND FURTHER, that the consulting engineers be authorized and directed to
proceed with the preparation of final plans and specifications for said
City project No. 806and the engineers and staff shall provide the neces-
sary data from the design effort as required for the Affected Area Environ-
mental Assessment Worksheet and, FURTHER, that the impact of the construction
of a 32 ft. street as compared to a 40 ft, street be evaluated and brought
back to Council.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon. the
