Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on We

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-436
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING
MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, finds that
the street hereinafter described conformes with the Municipal State Aid
provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967 Chapter 162, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth desires Municipal State
Aid designation is such instances,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the road described as follows to -wit:

be, and hereby is established, located, and designated as Municipal State
Aid, streets of the City of Plymouth, subject to the approval of the
Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and di-
rected to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the
designation of said road or portions thereof, that same be constructed, im-
proved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Plymouth,
to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street as indicated above.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
