Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on We 17th day of

RESOLUTION #78-434
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR GERALD KLOSS
(A-839)
WHEREAS, Gerald Koss, 12240 - 24th Avenue North, Plymouth, has requested a
consolidation and diviion of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation
and division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation
and divisions are approved by Hennepin County:

Lots 4, 5 and 6 also beginning at the most
easterly corner of Lot 3 then southwesterly'
to the most southerly corner thereof, then
northwesterly along southerly line thereof
22.5 feet then northeasterly to point of begin-
ning.
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lots 4, 5, and 6 Block 5, Elmhurst, according to the recorded plat
thereof, described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said
Lot, thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot 6 a distance of
120 feet; thence northwesterly deflecting to the left 105 degrees 06 minutes a
distance of 123.47; thence southwesterly deflecting to the left 70 degrees a
distance of 143.73 feet to a point in the southwesterly line of said Lot 4 distant
7.50 feet southeasterly along the southwesterly line of said Lots 4, 5 and 6 to
the point of beginning.

Lots 4, 5,6 and that part of Lot 3 described as beginning at the most easterly
corner of said Lot 3; thence southwesterly to the most southerly corner thereof;
thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line thereof 22.5 feet; thence north-
westerly to the point of beginning, all in Block 5, ELMHURST. Hennepin County
Minnesota. EXCEPT; that part of Lots 4, 5 and 6 Block 5, Elmhurst, according
to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly
corner of said lot, thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line of-

Lot 6 a distance of 120 feet; thence northwesterly deflecting to the left los
degrees 06 minutes a distance of 123.47; thence southwesterly deflecting to the
left 70 degrees a distance of 143.73 feet to a point in the soutwesterly line of
said Lot 4 distant 7.50 feet southeasterly of the southwesterly corner of said
Lot 4; thence southeasterly along the southwesterly line of said Lots 4, 5 and 6
to the point of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote beingtaken ereon, tho
fol owing wt in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Spaet, Counci members Hoyt.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
