RESOLUTION NO. 78-430
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR PIKE LAKE AREA - PROJECT NO. 809
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 78-333 of the City Council adopted June 12, 1978 fixed
the date for a public hearing on the Pike Lake Area Improvements Project No. 809
with reference to the area described as Pike Lake Sewer District PL -1. according
to the Report Supplement on Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth. Minnesota,
covering the area north and west of CSAH 10, south of the north City Limits
and west of Goldenrod Lane, including the Pike Lake Terrace Plat by the installa-
tion of sanitary sewer lateral and trunk facilities, water main laterals and
trunk facilities, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage
facilities and all necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 17th day
of July, 1978, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the council
resolution adopted June 12, 1978 under Condition No. 1 with standard
utility location.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as
engineer for the improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifi-
cations for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon. the
