The following members were present: Actinga-F( yor5paeth, Councilmembers Neils and Seibold The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt and Councilmember Hovt Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-427 REQUESTING HENNEPIN COUNTY TO SERVE AS GRANT ADMINISTERING AGENCY FOR THE MINNESOTA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY HOME IM- PROVEMENT GRANT FUNDS (PHASE III) FOR IMPLEMENTATION WITHIN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota desires to assist low income homeowners in making repairs to their homes for the purpose of cor- recting defects affecting directly the safety, habitability, or energy usage of the property, and WHEREAS, the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency has funds to be used for such purposes, and will accept application from counties desiring to administer these Hone Improvement Grant Program funds, and WHEREAS, Hennepin County proposes to serve as grant administrative agency replacing the Metro Council Housing and Redevelopment Authority in that function for Phase III of the Home Improvement Grant Program; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Hennepin County apply for Phase III grant funding from the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency and that the City of Plymouth be included as a participant in the Phase III Program. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the tollowing voted in favor thereof, Actina Mayor Spaeth. The following members were present: anr S ,Cnuncilmamhers Neils and Seihnlrl The follow members were a sent: Mynr Hunt and rnuncilmomhor HnVt introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-427 APPROVING SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSE WHEREAS, application for Small Disposal System License has been received by the City of Plymouth in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6, of the Plymouth City Code from Latterner Excavating, P.O. Box 474, Excelsior, MN; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Small Disposal System License for the Latterner Excavating Service be approved for a period to expire April 30, 1979.
