RESOLUTION NO. 78-423
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE NONINTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL
FOR LATUFF'S PIZZERIA
WHEREAS, an application for renewal of On -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor
License has been received from Michael Latuff, dba Latuff's Pizzeria,
for consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the On -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor License
be renewed for Michael Latuff, dba Latuff's Pizzeria, for a period to
expire June 30, 1919.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
