Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a SPECIAL meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
10th day of July 19 78 . The following meters were
present: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilnembers Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt and Councilmem6er How_.
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 78-422
APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS FOR PERIOD ENDING MAY 30, 1978
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending May 30, 1978 was presented
to the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the payments of the list of disbursements for the following funds
is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $279,308.74
Construction Fund 177,538.10
Plymouth State Bank
Utilities Fund 170,376.25
Housing Redevi-lopment Authority 8,736.87
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Funds 28,646.00
GRAND TOTAL ALL FUNDS $664,605.96
Above totals for the period ending May 30, 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
W110d]—hpr W1, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo n favor thereof: Acting.Mavor Spaeth. Councilmemhers Neils
and Seibold
The following voted against or abstained; None
