The following Oak Mayor—Wunt and www www Councilmember Seibold ietrodveed the following Resolution and moved its ton: RESOLUTION NO. 78-419 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID PROJECT NO. 810 ZACHARY LANE WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT www WHEREAS. pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of Zachary Lane from 53rd Avenue south to approximately 1600 feet north of CSAH 9, by the install- ation of trunk watermain, bids were received. opened and tabulated according to law. and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: COMPANY AMOL tT Nodland Associates, Inc. $140.741.80 Mueller Pipeliners, Inc. $149,394.99 Ken Ko, Inc. $150.267.21 Northdale Construction, Inc. $154.423.70 C. Contracting Co. $178,692.40 Dawson Construction 5189.479.00 Lametti b Sons, Inc. $205,418.00 AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Nodland Associates, Inc.. of Alexandria, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder, NOW THEREFORE. BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Nodland Associates, Inc. of Alexandria, Minnesota, in the name of the City of Plymouth. for the improvement of Zachary Lane from 53rd Avenue south to approximately 1600 feet north of CSAH 9, by the installation of trunk watermain, according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
