APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR PLYMOUTH HISTORICAL SOCIETY FOR RELOCATION OF OLD TOWN HALL
(A-834)
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Historical Society has requested site plan aoproval for
relocation of the Old Town Hall, luted approximately at Fernbrook Lane and 37th
Avenue North, per plans dated June 21, 1978, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of the Plymouth
Historical Society for site plan approval for relocation of the Old Town Hall,
located approximately at Fernbrook Lane and 37th Avenue North, per plans dated
June 21, 1978, subject to the condition that the Historical Society work out a parking
plan for the use with the City Staff.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemb N '1 'and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vote n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers Neils
and Seibold
