Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 10th day of
July , 19 78 . The following members were present: .cting Mayor
Spaeth, Councilmembers Neils and Seibold
The following members were a sent: Mayor Hunt and Councilmember oyt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:

APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED PROPERTY FOR FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF MINNEAPOLIS, GEORGE A. JACKSON ASSOCIATES, AND ST. LOUIS*PARK MEDICAL CENTER

WHEREAS, the First National Bank of Minneapolis, George A. Jackson Associates, and
the St. Louis Park Medical Center have requested a lot division/consolidation of
platted property within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following division and
consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation
are approved by Hennepin County:
PLAT PARCEL DESCRIPTION
44143 1510 That part of Lot 3, Block 1, Fox Meadows 1st Addition,
described as commencing at a point on the Westerly
extension of the North line of Lot 1, distant 50 ft.
West from the Northeast corner of Lot 3; thence South
parallel with the East line thereof 201.5 ft.; thence
West parallel with the Westerly extension of the
North line of Lot 1 distant 44 ft.; thence South
parallt:l with the East line of Lot 3 to the South
line thereof; thence Westerly along said South line to
the most Westerly corner thereof; thence Northeasterly
to the Northwest corner thereof; thence Easterly
along the Northerly line of Lot 3 to the point of
beginning.
44143 2100 Lot 4, Block 1, Fox Meadows 1st Addition, and that
part of Lot 5, Block 1, Fox Meadows lst Addition,
described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest
corner of Lot 6; thence South along the West line
thereof 174 ft.; thence East at right angles 219 ft.;
thence South at right angles 160 ft.; thence East
at right angles 225 ft. to the actual point of beginning;
thence South at right angles to the Southeasterly
line of Lot 5; thence Northeasterly along said South-
easterly line to the most Easterly corner of Lot 5;
thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line
thereof to an intersection with a line bearing North

45 degrees, 44 minutes, 45 seconds East from beginning;
thence South 45 degrees, 44 minutes, 45 seconds West
to the point of beginning.
To be divided and consolidated into the following two parcels:
Parcel A
Lot 4, Block 1, Fox Meadows 1st Addition, except that part thereof lying Southeasterly
of a line 104.65 ft. Northwesterly of, measured at right angles to and parallel with
the Southeasterly line of said Lot 4 and its extensions. ALSO,
That part of Lot 5, Block 1, Fox Meadows 1st Addition, described as follows: Com-
mencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 6; thence South along the West line thereof
174 ft.; thence East at right angles 219 ft.; thence South at right angles 160 ft.;
thence East at right angles 225 ft. to the actual point of beginning; thence South
at right angles to the Southeasterly line of Lot 5; thence Northeasterly along said
Southeasterly line to the most Easterly corner of Lot 5; thence Northwesterly along
the Northeasterly line thereof to an intersection with a line bearing North 45 degrees,
44 minutes 45 seconds East from beginning; thence South 45 degrees, 44 minutes 45
seconds West to the point of beginning.
Parcel B
That part of Lot 3, Block 1, Fox Meadows 1st Addition, described as commencing at
a point on the Westerly extension of the North line of Lot 1, distant 50 ft. West
from the Northeast corner of Lot 3; thence South parallel with the East line thereof
201.5 ft.; thence West parallel with the Westerly extension of the North line of Lot 1
distant 44 ft.; thence South parallel with the East line of Lot 3 to the South line
thereof; thence Westerly along said South line to the most Westerly corner thereof;
thence Northeasterly to the Northwest corner thereof; thence Easterly along the Northerly
line of Lot 3 to the point of beginning. ALSO,
That part of Lot 4, Block 1, Fox Meadows 1st Addition, lying Southeasterly of a line
104.65 ft. Northwesterly of measured at a right angle to and parallel with the
Southeasterly line of said Lot 4 and its extensions.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fo lwoing voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers Neils
and Seibold
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
