HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-407• CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held once I= day of July 19 78. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Spaeth. Councilmembers Neils and Seibold The follow ng members were absent: Mayor Hunt and Cguncilmamher Hnyt CouncilmembgNeils introduced the following Resolution and moved adoption: RESOLUTION #78-407 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL AND EXPANSION FOR MARY JO BROWN (A-308) WHEREAS, Mary Jo Brown has reqLzsted conditional use permit renewal and expansion for her ceramics studio and retail business, located in the northeast quadrant of South Shore Drive and Highway 55; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Mary Jo Brown for conditional use permit renewal and expansion for her ceramics studio and retail business, located in the northeast quadrant of South Shore Drive and Highway 55, subject to the following conditions: 1. Application of all necessary building permits and occupancy permits. Z. No additional signs be added except as currently in use by Plymouth Liquors. 3. No outside storage be allowed for the use. 4. Permit be for one year for purposes of reviewal of the parking for the site. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers Neils and Seibold , The following vote against oras dine : None , Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paAS*d and adopted. t►u :trti► ,wr
