Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was a on the

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-406
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR CHARLES CARLSON, dba, FUN AND GAMES
AMUSEMENT CENTER (A-508)
WHEREAS, Charles Carlson has requested conditional use permit renewal for the
Fun and Ganes Amusement Center, located at 3425 County Road 18 North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Charles Carlson
for conditional use permit renewal for the Fun and Games Amusement Center, located
at 3425 County Road 18 North, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with all applicable construction codes and ordinances.
2. No smoking be allowed on the site.
3. Patrons must be 15 years of age or older unless accompanied by parent or legal
guardian.
4. Permit shall be for one year.
5. Hours of operation of the amusement center shall be:
Monday thru Thursday 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday 4:30 p.m. to 12:00 Midnight
Saturday and School Holidays & 10:00 Noon to 12:00 Midnight
Vacations
Sunday 12:00 Noon to 10:00 p.m.
6. No more than 40 persons be allowed in the building at one time.
7. Performance bond be submitted to the City covering 150% f the c-st of the
private improvements to the property (landscaping and pa).na), termed for 18 months.
8. Two adults shall be on duty at all times.
