The following members were present: Kay2r Haunt oun i The follow na members were absent: of •rr rrr rrr kou%ilmember 5@ibold introduced the following Resolution and mrved Its adoption; RESOLUTION NO. 78-402 APPROVING ALIGNMENT FOR C.S.A.H. 61 AND C.S.A.H. 10 AND ALIGNMENT OF PINEVIEW LANE TO C.S.A.H. 47 WHEREAS. the Plymc:uth City Council has considered improvements to Pineview Lane (Project 702) ►shirt, project contemplates the realignment of Pineview Lane as it intersects with ;.S.A.H. 47, and WHEREAS, the developers of the Maple Grove Center have requested a determination of the alignment of C.S.A.H. 10 as it abuts their proposed development, and WHEREAS, the City Council has previously requested the Hennepin County Department of Transportation to propose alignments for C.S.A.H. 61, C.S.A.H. 10 and the intersection of Pineview Lane with proposed C.S.A.H. 61 and existing C.S.A.H. 47, and WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Department of Transportation has prepared a proposed alignment study for C.S.A.H. 61 - C.S.A.H. 10, said study dated June 23, 1978. and WHEREAS. the City Council has reviewed said study copy: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Council of the City of Plymouth hereby approves the proposed alignment for C.S.A.H. 61 and C.S.A.H. 10 as outlined in the study dated June 23, 1978 with Alternate A for a portion of the C.S.A.H. 10 alignment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED `h.at the proposed alignment of Pineview Lane to C.S.A.H. 47 be tentatively approved subject to additional final engineering studies by the City's consulting engineers, which studies shall be made in conjunction with the Hennepin County Department of Transportation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the previous approval of this Council for C.S.A.H. 10, dated April 16, 1974 and approved by Resolution No. 76-310, be and the same is hereby superseded to the extent it conflicts with the June 23, 1978 study.
