Special Council Meeting
July 23, 2020
Mayor Wosje called a Joint Meeting with Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Plymouth City
Council to order at 6:10 p.m. on July 23, 2020. This meeting was held remotely per State Statute
13D.021.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, McGregor, Roehl, Davis, and Prom.

HRA PRESENT: Chair Soderberg, Commissioners Larson, Kulaszewicz, Huddleston, and Whitfield
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, Community
Development Director Juetten, Housing Manager Barnes, Community Development Coordinator Lupini,
Economic Development Manager Parr, and City Clerk Engdahl.
HRA Strategic Plan
The following panelists reported on the Strategic Plan and responded to questions: . . Maureen Michalski -Vice President of Real Estate Development with Ryan Companies
Cecile Bedor -Executive Vice President of Real Estate for Common Bond
Tony Kuechle -President of Development for Doran Development

Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 7:22 p.m.
