RESOLUTION No. 2009-214
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
AND ORDERING PROJECT FOR STREET LIGHTING LOCATED AT
PLYMOUTH MIDDLE SCHOOL - 10011 36TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 8, 2009, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of 36th Avenue by the
installation of an overhead traditional street light and this report was received by the Council on
September 8, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by Gary
Hauan, Director of Finance, on behalf of Independent School District No. 281. In
addition, Independent School District No. 281 has waived their right to a public
hearing.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the City Council resolution
adopted September 8, 2009.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He
shall coordinate the work which will be performed by Xcel Energy.
