Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on We

Louncilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-399
APPROVAL OF OFF -SALE NONINTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses have been received from the attached list of applicants (See Appendix
A) for consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Off -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses be
renewed for the listed parties for a period to expire June 30, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seceded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
7571—owing vo e n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptid.
