RESOLUTION NO. 78-398
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE NONIN) .,;ATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of On -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses have been received from the attached list of applicants (See
Appendix A) for consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council,
in accordance with Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that On -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses
be renewed for the listed parties for a period to expire June 30, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
