RESOLUTION NO. 78-397
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACT AS THE AGENT OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
IN THE SUBMITTING OF APPLICATIONS FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the State Legislature has provided for the reimbursement of costs
incurred by local municipalities for officers attending police school, and
WHEREAS, the law requires that an authorized agent of the City be appointed
to make application for such reimbursements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that James G. Willis, City Manager, be and the same
is hereby authorized to act as the agent for the City of Plymouth in the
submitting of applications for the reimbursement of funds pursuant to
State law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor t ereo ; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils.
