C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-297
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING E NCROACHMENT A GREEMENTS FOR R ETAINING W ALLS ON
V ARIOUS L OTS IN THE G REENWAY W EST D EVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, retaining walls were constructed within drainage and utility easements on various
lots within the Greenway West development; and
WHEREAS, the properties are legally described as:
Lot 34 Block 2, Lot 6 Block 1, Lot 24 Block 2, Lot 26 Block 2 and Lot 28 Block 2, Greenway
West.
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreements permit only the retaining walls within the easements
and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the encroachment agreements allowing retaining walls within drainage and utility
easements on various lots within the Greenway West development is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of November, 2020.
