R ESOLUTION A PPROVING P OROUS P AVEMENT F ACILITY AND P ARKING L OT M AINTENANCE
A GREEMENT FOR B ANNER E NGINEERING C ORPORATION
WHEREAS, Banner Engineering Corporation received administrative approval of a Site Plan
Amendment to their property at 1200 Nathan Lane North (9724 10th Avenue North building); and
WHEREAS, the owner’s property is legally described as:

Lot 1, Block 1 Banner 2 Addition and the West 217.50 feet of the South 435.60 feet of
the NE Quarter of the NE Quarter, Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, Except Street
WHEREAS, the porous pavement facility and parking lot maintenance agreement
requires the property owner to perform maintenance of the porous pavement parking lot.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the porous pavement facility and parking lot maintenance agreement for Banner
Engineering Corporation is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of November, 2020.
